In this screwball comedy, set in Nazi-occupied Poland during World War II, Jack Benny and Carole Lombard (in her final screen appearance) star as Joseph and Maria Tura, husband-and-wife thespians whose acting troupe gets pulled into a dangerous scheme to impersonate Nazi officers in order to protect the Polish underground.
