Hollywood Theatre and Xfinity present the 7th Annual PDX Drive-In Movie Spectacular! at Portland Expo Center
The Hollywood Theatre is thrilled to announce our partnership with Xfinity and the Portland Expo Center to bring a drive-in experience to our audiences yet again this summer! With our 60-foot mounted screen and top-notch professional sound system, the PDX Drive-In Movie Spectacular is just that: spectacular!
This year marks the seventh time that the Expo Center has hosted a drive-in, and the second time that the Hollywood Theatre's programmers have chosen the film lineup, plucking inspiration from some of your favorite signature film series like Queer Horror, OregonMade, Portland Black Film Festival, and the Latino Network. And for this year's season, we're thrilled to be working with acclaimed Portland-based musician, composer, and recording engineer Collin Hegna to book some incredible live music opening acts before most of our films.
Walk-up attendees and bike traffic are invited to join us this year. Vehicle passes (5 passenger max) are $40 per show ($35 for Hollywood Theatre members) plus ticketing fees. Walk-up and bicycle tickets are $10 per show plus ticketing fees.
We also have just a few VIP Season Pass Holder sponsorships remaining ($1,000 each). Each VIP Season Pass Holder receives a season pass for one vehicle (5 person max) to all 15 screenings, OnScreen recognition, and concessions for your party each night, plus VIP parking near the front. These would make a great employee appreciation gift and are transferable, so the pass can be shared amongst multiple people throughout the season.
