Prince of Darkness with Alan Howarth

Series: Wyrd War Presents!

Wyrd War Record Release Screening with Alan Howarth in Concert!

Member pre-sale access begins Wednesday, September 5 at noon and ends Friday, September 7 at noon, at which point tickets will go on sale to the general public.

We're excited to announce that on Thursday, October 18 at 7:30pm, Wyrd War will celebrate the release of their latest soundtrack album Alan Howarth Live at Hollywood Theatre with a 35mm screening of John Carpenter's satanic mind bender PRINCE OF DARKNESS (1987), followed by a live concert with special guest composer and sound designer Alan Howarth himself! Alan is most well known for his work with director John Carpenter, composing music for such classics as ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK, CHRISTINE, BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA and THEY LIVE.

PRINCE OF DARKNESS brings Donald Pleasance and a cast of familiar faces to assemble in a spooky Los Angeles church where they contemplate quantum physics and anti-matter while Alice Cooper and a gang of possessed street lurkers attempt to unlock the essence of evil from a canister of strange green liquid. Part of Carpenter's "Apocalypse Trilogy,” PRINCE OF DARKNESS is one of the celebrated auteur's most harrowing supernatural masterpieces and the perfect way to kick off the Halloween season!

Because this screening is a special visiting artist event, ticket prices will be $15 for general admission; $13 for Student/Senior, Friend and Director members; and $10 for Producer, Benefactor and Visionary members.
